In a recent announcement, energy company APA (APA) revealed its plans to acquire Callon Petroleum (CPE) in a $4.5 billion deal. On the other hand, Peloton (PTON) saw a significant increase in its stock price after announcing a partnership with popular social media platform TikTok. This partnership will feature Peloton content on a dedicated fitness hub on the platform, providing a new avenue for the company to reach potential customers.
