New York launches fast-track offshore wind tender

After several large offshore wind projects have recently been abandoned by the previously winning bidders, New York has launched a new bidding round to ensure that the state still reaches its goal of 70% clean energy by 2030 and 9 gigawatts of energy from offshore wind by 2035, reports Recharge News.
