Danish government has little faith in own offshore wind farms — EnergyWatch


It is a well-documented fact that the economics of the Energy Island on Bornholm are challenged. But this is apparently also true for two of the other projects, Hesselø and Kriegers Flak II, which the Danish government expects to be constructed in 2029 and 2030 despite several delays. The Ministry of Climate, Energy and Utilities considers these projects so improbable that they have been written out of the central trajectory in the upcoming Danish Climate Status and Outlook (KF24).
