Oil billionaire sues EU and two countries for energy tax — EnergyWatch

Billionaire Gary Klesch, who owns the largest refineries in Germany and Denmark in the form of Heide and Kalundborg Refinery, has filed a lawsuit against the EU, Denmark and Germany over an additional tax of EUR 95m, writes Danish business daily Børsen.
