The findings showed that around 30% of tasks in white collar jobs could be done by generative AI, while less than 1% of tasks in blue collar jobs could be automated.\n\nAccording to the research, the most affected white collar roles were those with repetitive tasks, such as scheduling appointments or answering calls, which could easily be replicated by generative AI.
